what we believe

We don't hide the making.

Every seam is a decision left visible. Every thread-end a small refusal to pretend this was born finished.

RAMA is light — the kind that shows what's really there.

Not perfection. Presence.

the workshop

How it's unmade.

We show the labour. Not as performance, but as truth. Every garment carries the marks of the hands that shaped it.

  1. i.

    Source

    Fibres chosen before they're refined. Unbleached, undyed, unapologetic. Each bolt carries the memory of its field.

  2. ii.

    Cut

    Patterns laid by hand on the studio floor. The fabric decides where the scissors go. Waste becomes pocket linings.

  3. iii.

    Construct

    Seams left open where tradition says to close them. Thread tension kept loose — slack that lets the garment move with the body.

  4. iv.

    Finish

    There is no finish. The wearer completes it. Creases, fades, repairs — not damage. Authorship.
